ON-SITE SCHEDULING SUSPENDED
Due to the guidelines released by the CDC and our local and state governments, we have suspended all on-site programming until further notice.
However, church is not canceled; we are simply meeting in a new format! So, what can you do to engage as the body of Christ in the days ahead?
1. Pray. Ask the Lord to protect our church, country, and world from the effects of the coronavirus. Pray that the gospel will speak to the hearts of all people and that they can find their hope in Christ in the days ahead. If you have any specific prayer needs please let us know by clicking here.
2. Gather. Though the church is unable to meet physically, we will continue to meet through Facebook Live. During this time, gather you and your family each Sunday at 10:30 am and each Wednesday at 6:10 pm for an encouraging word and Bible study. Make sure to engage in the comment section, so we know you are there.
3. Connect. Many people are physically, emotionally, and spiritually feeling the effects of COVID-19. Pick up the phone and call those who may need an encouraging word.
4. Give. COVID-19 has impacted our community at a higher rate than most of our country. Because of this, God has positioned us to better minister to the physical and spiritual needs of our city now more than ever. Your faithfulness to the ministry of MBC is a testament to your faith and your continued support of the ministry. You can give by clicking the "Give" tab at the top of this page or mail your gift to the church (401 Codifer Blvd. Metairie, LA 70005).
To stay up-to-date on the most current information, please subscribe to the church emails at the bottom of this page and/or like our Facebook page.
